About Us
Our aim is to give people a great place to live and work in and around our home town of Goole. Whether it’s corporate clients who wants short term lets or furnished flats, families looking for longer term house rentals or commercial tenants requiring office and warehousing, we strive to make all our customers comfortable and safe.
Where it all began...
Jon didn’t plan on having a property company. When he was at school he hoped to be a mechanic, but after he couldn’t put together what he took part, he had to think again. At 16 he started as a hod-carrier on building sites and is still in construction 35 years later.
It was Phil Jones of the Link Agency, Goole who in 2012 gave him his first lead on buying a flat to rent out, and since then the business has grown to include more flats and houses, commercial property and self-builds, mostly in the Goole area.
Meet our Team
Jon has the biggest contact list ever! He excels at networking and sales, spending most of his work day talking!
Sam started his career building luxury flats for a well-known contractor in York. His attention to detail ensures all works are carried out methodically and to specification.
Nadine is wonderful at making sure cleaning, grounds maintenance and general repairs are carried out. She liases with tenants and tradesmen and ensures ECIR testing and fire risk assessments are carried out, utility bills are paid and customers are invoiced correctly.
Katie brings with her wealth of experience for her previous role for a busy Letting’s office in Hull. She carries out accompanied viewings with prospective tenants, deals with applications, references, tenancy agreements and inventories and ensures deposits, inspections and renewals are carried out properly. We couldn’t manage without her.
