All of our accommodation will be brand new and freshly decorated so we ask that you do not keep a pet unless it is a guide or hearing dog or similar. Obviously if you have a particular reason ad want us to make an exception, please just ask.
As all or accommodation is brand new and freshly decorated we ask you not to decorate without expressly checking with us first. Just ask.
At The Old Sidings we want to ensure a high quality guest experience, and this means we need to know who our tenants are. Therefore, no subletting is allowed.
The diagram shows where the electricity, gas and water meters are located. Residents can easily take their own gas and water reading meters and the meters are labelled with flat numbers to make this easier. The electricity meters are smart meters and are kept in locked electric cupboards to comply with health and safety requirements. Residents are welcome to view their meters by appointment.

Easy! All the properties have cabling in place for a super-fast fibre connection. We would recommend KCOM as a provider on 01482 602555.
There is a purpose-built bin store on site in the location shown on the diagram which provides four blue 660 litre blue recycling bins, three green 660 litre bins and three brown food waste bins. There is no need for residents to pull these bins out for emptying.
All the windows are fitted with easy-clean hinges that allow the windows to open to 90 degrees by simply pushing both purple catches to the right.
Our four-bed 3 bathroom house is best if you are a party of up to 6 people. For less people, our flats have two bedrooms and we would suggest a maximum of two people.
We recognise that accidents happen. Please let us know straight away so we can replace broken items or repair damage. Depending on the value, we may have to charge you but this will be at cost.
The minimum stay is one week. As longer stays are easier to manage, we can offer these at reduced rates. Please just ask.
This is your choice. The minimum stay is one week and there are reduced fees for longer stays because they are easier to manage.
We hope you always want to praise and never complain. Please contact us straight away so hopefully we can put right anything you not happy with and prevent an issue becoming a complaint.
Each property has atleast one allocated parking space, the position of which has been chosen to maximise convenience to the residents. See the car-parking diagram.
